HEALING MUSIC

While doing my EFT tapping, I’ve started to enjoy listening to the countless different frequencies of healing music or chakra balancing meditations that YouTube has to offer. I also put one of these on when I feel like I am getting stuck and need extra assistance in removing any unconscious energy blockages. I have personally noticed a difference between how my perception and energy feel before and after listening to some of these videos. I’ve attached some of my favorites below as a starting point, but there really are a lot of options out there, so listen to the ones that resonate with you.
